This policy explains what Orgscale collects when you use this site and the alignment scan, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
Two things. Analytics about how the site is used — pages viewed, approximate region, browser and device type — gathered through Google Analytics. And anything you enter yourself when you start a scan, such as your name, work email, company and the answers you give.
Why we collect it
Analytics tell us which parts of the site are useful so we can improve them. The details you enter are used to produce your alignment report and to contact you about it. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your answers for anything other than producing and explaining your report.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies to tell repeat visits apart. You can block or delete them in your browser without losing access to anything on this site.
Who else sees it
Only the services we need to run Orgscale — analytics, hosting and email delivery — and only to the extent required to do their job. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Scan responses and reports are kept for as long as your account is active, and then for as long as we are legally required to retain them. Analytics data expires on Google Analytics' standard retention schedule.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If you are in the EEA or UK, you can also object to processing or ask us to restrict it, and you may complain to your local data protection authority.
